ASG RD 2018 on Citrix

Hello, some colleague is trying to deploy ASG RD 2018 on Citrix environment in my company.

While they met problem, need support.

Could anyone help?

Maybe it is just a configuration that is necessary to fix this? "

The database connections are stored in environments.xml - this file can be placed for all users in "Program Data\ASG-RemoteDesktop xx" or for the user itself in %UserProfile%\AppData\Roaming\ASG-RemoteDesktop xx" (xx is the version)- both files will be read at startup and combined to the list of environments.
So check which file you are using and why the file changes?!? Many companies use the program in Citrix environments without any problems...
