Good morning,
Recently it has come to my attention while using ASG-RemoteDesktop 2020 that it is using up around 2gb of RAM while making multiple connections. When closing an rdp connection, it seems it does not return the memory.
Eventually this leads to a return code: 3336. It tells me that there is not enough virtual memory left to make further connections and I have to restart everything.
It seems like a possible memory leak and that it doesn't return the memory when closing rdp connections, but I honestly have no clue why this happens and what I can do to prevent it.
I have checked the forums and read about possible similar troubles, but could not be sure.
My question: is there anything to prevent this usage or make it return the memory when closing of a connection?
Thanks in advance
