The used account has no permission to start the program

We are running ASG 2015, and today nobody can open the program. We think somebody has enabled the permissions option but has not set any specific permissions.

I read that we can disable the internal security using this SQL command, but I cannot find the vCCConfiguration table in the database. Is there a new command I can use for this version?

UPDATE vCCConfiguration SET ConfigValue = 'false' where ConfigKey = 'vRD_ActivateAuthentication'
