There is no install guide available - it's a setup you can install side by side to any older version... After you started first time you need to create a new environment (file or database mode) - if your new environment is running you can select "File=>Upgrade from version 2012" to import your data from your old version - the data will only be read from old version and transferred to the new environment - that's it
