Auto-size is not followed

I've just used the auto size and started a connected "On Monitor 2 > In Separate Window". First it starts as 800x600, then if I maximize it and reconnect, it takes 1936. There are no borders on the left or right site. If I make the window smaller and reconnect, it still makes the content bigger than the window - so for example I can't see the task bar and the right part of the screen. If I use tabbed mode, then there are no problems.
