Unable to connect existing DB or create a new one

Which version is your ASGRD-database? Do you try to connect to an older database (version < 2015) - because the connection seems to be ok - but it is no valid ASGRD database if the StoredProc can't be found - if you try to upgrade an older database (version 2012) you need to create a new database and choose Environment=>Upgrade from 2012 - else you should check the permissions on your database - perhaps your user can't execute StoredProc on the database?
