normally you get a reminder mail before your initial subscription will end. Theres a link provided to the shop that will give you a 50% rebate automatically. If you missed that opportunity by some weeks theres no automatic rebate. But if you send me your purchase or license details by mail I can create a coupon code for you that you can use in the shop. Renewing subscription is always just a purchase of a license. You reach the shop also by the main menu -> "?" -> "order license"
