Scaling Problem with 4k

My apologies for my lack of German, but was there a solution in here? I think I am having the a similar issue with the application. All of the application menus and so forth are fuzzy unless I set the high DPI setting to allow the application to govern it. However, when I do that, in my RDP sessions I get a 4k session with really tiny text - it doesn't honor the text size applied in my display settings.
