ASG starts very slow

Hi,

I have the an issue when starting ASG Remote Desktop. It seems the application is getting slower with all new versions. I did some timing:

Starting Online:

Starting the application takes 40-60 secs
Loading data takes 20 secs

Starting Offline:

Starting the application takes 20-25 secs
Loading data: immediately (makes sense)
Refreshing data after getting online: 15 secs (during the loading ASG gets a 'not responding' status)

ASG details: Remote desktop 2020, version 13.0.6833.1
Windows details: Windows 10 Enterprise 20H2, OS build 19042.928, 64-bit
Laptop: Processor Intel® Core™ i7-10750H CPU @ 2.60GHz  2.59 GHz, RAM 32 GB, 1 TB SSD,
Connection: Wifi

Pinging the SQL server takes 30 ms

I read in another thread that I should tru to test if running the application elevated. I did: no difference in the timing

Please can you help solving this issue.
