I've upgraded laptops recently and in doing so, my company installed a newer version of ASG on the new system.
Old version = 2017 - version 10.1.563.1
New version = 2018 - version 11.0.6064.1
I believe my old license file = profile.xml but when I try and import that to the new version I get an error.
How do I transfer my old license to the new PC?
