Hi Dan,
You just need the original licensefile. This is an xml-file - correct - but you need the one you got from the purchase. If downloaded from the shop the name corresponds to the purchase number.
If you cant find it drop me a mail to my company adress with any info that points to the purchase, for example email that was used / company / name / and I will try to find that info to recreate a license.
