Upfront I must say that getting support for my customers using ASG RD has been challenging, as well as trying to get information regarding upgrading and maintenance. The Webstore requires some type of login, and I have yet to get a response to my numerous emails for assistance.
We have purchased our licenses through a reseller, and the only thing we have ever received is the license file, no links, no email addresses, NOTHING! Can anyone guide me to older downloads, we have a couple of users that are licensed for 6.2 that need their PC's replaced, and need RD installed on their new HW.
