issue when using putty for SSH: Window build up and tear down takes ages. CLI slow
#1
Hi,

We've migrated our workstations to windows 10.

Now when i use ASG to SSH connect to my routers, it is awfully slow to build up the initial screen.
Also the pasting of CLI commands is slow.
Closing the SSH window takes more than 5 seconds.

We use ASG 9.0.5266.1 asg2016 patch 1 and the latest windows 10 patches.

Is this a known issue ?

regards,
Sebas

No known issue - do you use ASGRD on local pc or as Citrix / published app? Did you try to deactivate "Extended shortcut availability"? Mostly this helps if ASGRD is published...

I've used it both on a ;
1. remote virtual machine connected to with RDP. This a Windows 10 running on Hyper-v.
2. local on my own Windows 10 VM running in VMware workstation.

Both the same results.

The feature you mention i can not find ?

It is deactivated.

Anyone tested Windows 10 with a Putty SSH connection in ASG ?

As i've said, building the window when opening a connection is slow. And also pasting cli commands take multiple seconds.

I've tested with a clean environment. Issues seem to dissappear ?
What could be the cause of this ?
