Goto item no longer working + old ones

Hi,

We still have some problems with ASG RD
The First one is new, the other are old and we learned to live with it, but still with a lot of anoyances especially point 2.
1. since 2016 patch 2 (did not try before patch 2) and also on patch 3 the Goto item no longer does anything.
And we have 7000+ connections so its a long scroll down.

2. load time are still way to long and the application still times out.
This is depending on the network (WiFi). in the main office it's still doable but in the sattelite offices, over VPN or in the US & China the application hardly start.
I've made a work around for this, using a Terminal server or even a remote app (oh the irony)
If we do not forget to close in offline mode, start in offline mode and let it check each 15 minutes, then we usually can connect again.
Could there be an option to switch to offline mode just before exit (either by menu, or X or close signal) and start in offline by default ?I think we would even prefer to update each hour or so. (just the connection database , not the logging )

3. database optimizations removes used personal credential link on the item, not the credential it self.
I've noticed this in the 2015 version too, but for now this is the least of the problems.

1. You mean the "Find Window"? Goto button and context menu? I tried myself and it's working for me - selects the item in Navigation...

2. Yes we know the problems in large environments - and we try to work on it... I will add a request for "question on ending the program to leave in offline mode"

1. yes in the find windows we frequently just type in the customer name and then right click and use goto. then we choose the desired connection there.
but after reboot with patch 3 it seems to be working again.

2. tnx Imho seems a nice alternative, maybe make it an option and not force this for everyone?

3. We noticed that after running the "data optimizer" wizzard, where it says "x items can be combined into 1 parent credential. and so.
after that we have to give in our personal credentials again.
the default and inheritend get set but some personal credentials have to be reapplied.
I did not yet search for concreet examples when this happes , as this is a minor thing and loads of other work.

Some Patches ago we implemented the following option "Always save offline data when ending application in database mode" (Application settings) - if you activate this option you can choose to use these offline data when starting again (if you do not have PassThrough activated) - perhaps that helps you too...
