Always "connecting"

My OS is windows 8.1, ASG-RD 2016 works fine in the past. 

But  these days when I connect my server via RDP, it always "connecting". 

And, when I try to exit the application, I found the main window was closed, but the process still in memory.

What's happen?

PS: I can connect my server use other application.

Are you using Windows-InsiderPreview-Builds? Any error log?

It was downloaded from your website. No any error log, always said "connecting".

It works fine in the past, so I guess my system maybe somewhere changed so that it could not work.

But I can connect the server use windows own application.

Any idea?

Again - Are you using Windows-InsiderPreview-Builds (Win10?) - because there was a problem some days ago...

No, my OS is Windows 8.1.

I have tried to reinstall the application to different path or connect different server, same problem.

Do you have any error logs in "Windows Application event log" or "Error log in ASG-RD"?

Problem solved. But I am not exactly know how to solved, I just uninstall some software. Thank you for your attention.
