MS decided not to implement this interface for "Fall Creators Update" (don't ask why - nobody understand) - so we have already created a new CASE for this issue 2 days ago - waiting for an answer from the Product Group

We got a new answer from MS (from product group in Redmond) - they will implement a new interface that will be shortly available in insider preview builds - will be part of Windows 10 RS4 (release date spring 2018)...
We will check that and try to implement asap

We are waiting for a solution from MS - but they want to wait until the final build of Win10 RS4...

We have a fix for this issue - but after installing RS4 we can't reproduce the issue anymore (even with older ASGRD versions) - perhaps MS has done some other fixes?!? If anybody has RS4 installed - please let us know if the problem still persists or not? We will implement a new interface call for the next patch also - but perhaps the issue is already solved by installing Win10 RS4?!?

We have implemented a new interface in ASGRD2018 Patch4 - you also need Win10 RS4 installed on your client - then it should be no issue anymore!?!

Still an issue here... we are using ASG-RD 2019 (Build 12.0.6258.1) on Windows Server 2016 as the client OS with latest windows updates installed.
The mouse pointer already changes to "white" when entering the search text box in ASG-RD.
If I start ASG-RD from a Windows 10 Surface Pro the mouse pointer stays normal/black.

Perhaps the MS fix was not applied for W2K16 - I can't tell you currently - the Case that we had was a fix for Win10 and this is working

We could fix this issue by downgrading Citrix Receiver to Version 4.9. In our environment we use ASG-RD as a published app.
