License File Issue

I want to upgrade from ASG 2016 P4 to ASG 2017 P1.  However, I am getting an error that my license file is out of date.  I went through a reseller so I am not able to login to get an updated license file.  Can you please help me.

Base on this information in my license file I don't understand why I am having an issue using it for ASG 2017 P1.
