Since 2017 Patch1 you can choose to install 32 or 64bit installation of ASG-RD - there are 2 download links in each thread of a new release

Unfortunately the link in the shortcut still points to an x86 PowerShell DLL.
The shortcut results in the following error: Cannot load PSReadline module. Console is running without PSReadline. Exception calling "LoadFrom" with "1" argument(s): "Could not load file or assembly 'file:///C:\Program Files\ASG-Remote Desktop 2017 (X64)\ASGRD-PSAPI.dll' or one of its dependencies. An attempt was made to load a program with an incorrect format." At line:1 char:1 + [reflection.assembly]::loadFrom('.\ASGRD-PSAPI.dll') | import-module + ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ + CategoryInfo : NotSpecified: ( ![]() + FullyQualifiedErrorId : BadImageFormatException PS C:\Program Files\ASG-Remote Desktop 2017 (X64)> Is it possible to create a "real" powershell module, without the need of importing a DLL first? Automation through PowerShell is something we really require to be able to further our VM integration in our managed environment.

It is on the "todo list" - you find the load dll command in the documentation (you don't need the shortcut)
