Database Compatibility

Dear Support,

we are currently using ASG Remote 2016 with SQL Server and planning to update to version 2018. Can we update the database before? --> Is ASG 2016 (and 2017?) compatible with 2018 version of ASG database?

Database for 2016 and 2018 is not compatibe - so you can't access the database with 2016 client if it already upgraded - perhaps you make a backup/restore to a second database and then open the new database with version 2018 - then it will be upgraded automatically
