Offline Sync only sync connections

Hi, is it normal that the offline sync only syncs the connections?
Sometimes (not Always) only the connections tab is synced, and none of the other tabs.
 (see screenshot)
Is this a setting? or am I doing something wrong?

You should check the "Roles" - if no additional roles are available it looks like on your screenshot - but all data should be available in offline mode
