Hello - we are having issues connecting to the VMware console on connections that have been synced from our VMware servers. We would like to use separate accounts to sync the connections (a single "public" service account with VMware read only permissions configured under VMware - General) and to access the connection (our individual "private" accounts with management permissions configured under VMware - Access as personal values). When configured this way, the sync is successful but when attempting to connect to the console, we get a blank black screen. As far as I can tell, this is what the "VMware - Access" section is intended for... perhaps I am missing something?
