Slow response from ASG Remote desktop manager 2018

If you are using a file as data source please check if you have activated the logs (Settings=>Logs) - you should always limit the logs or turn it off, or delete it manually if not needed - but all the log data is stored in the local file and if it is huge it will take some time to save the data to the file… if that's not the problem please let me know
