Which kind of encryption do you use for your local file? When you create a new one you can choose to encrypt the whole file or only to encrypt your password settings - whole file could make the difference because the whole data of the file must be first encrypted before changes could be written back to the file.

I have got 'Standard encryption' set.

How do i check if the entire file is encrypted or not?
