Adding Folders and Connections

Hi,

When I right click connection - New - folder or connection I do not see the full popup window so add details such as folder name etc.  Or for a connection to add details such as device name or IP.  The current folder structure and connections I have all still work but I cannot add to them. I am running ASG remote desktop 2018 11.0.6104.1.

which version of ASG-RD are you using and do you use a multi-monitor setup ? Have you tried to reset the Layout of ASG-RD ? ( Tools-Reset Layout or Ctrl +F9 )

The size of the window is saved in your Layout settings - so Reset Layout should help to resize the dialog - or right click the title bar and select "Size" - then you should also be able to resize it
