QUOTE Request to renew ASG RD

Hello ASG Support,
    We submitted a quote request to asg.rd@asg.com on August 2, but have received no response. I was out of office for a period after that and was unable to check email. We noticed today because we need the new license. I called ASG support a moment ago and was informed that ASG provides no support, technical, sales or otherwise for ASG Remote Desktop over the phone or through email. The rep directed me to this forum in order to request a license renewal. As odd as that sounds, here I am.

Some of our staff use ASG throughout the day

Please let me know how I can submit a quote request privately and if there is anyway we could get a temporary license in the interim.

please contact me directly and I will check what has happened with your mail to asg.rd@asg.com. Normally there should be a quick reaction to that address ! Just use my adress from the footer and I will have a look at it asap !
