The same users where able to add favorites in previous versions - (pre 2018 patch 4)
Now the OK button is grayed out.

They can still see their old favorites, but cant add any new ones
any suggestions?

Can you check the permission settings on the Favorites node? I guess there is only read enabled for the users…?!?
