Not showing full error, when not establishing connection

We are running 2018 patch 6.

When not getting a connection, we don't see the whole error message. Is there a way to be able to see the whole text?

That's a known issue and will be fixed with the next patch - you can set to display the error message in a message box instead. Settings=>Connections=>Retry if connection fails - set it to "None" or "Retry MessageBox"
