You can configure it in Connection-Properties - category "Display"

Reconnect settings must be also configured - you can set it to reuse the window size and position in Settings=>Connections

Much better now, but why does it set RDP resolution WIDTH to 1936 if my monitor is just 1920? Then it re-scales the content and looks ugly.
