ASG is not responding frequently

Hi Team,

We are facing issue is ASG 2018 not responding frequently also we have checked  system resources are fine, can you please assist on what could be the cause for this issue , Your help would be highly appreciated

Your version of the crash log is from version 2017 - your screenshot from version 2018?!?

Could you please ensure that you are not combining any dll's from 2 different versions? Perhaps a new clean install? And when do you run into the problem? It is a windows dll that is crashing - not really easy to tell you why...
