Problems with multiple Remote Sessions

Hello,

we have implemented ASG Remote Desktop for our administrators for many years. Now some administrators have trouble opening multiple sessions. After a large number of connects (6-8 sessions) the application stops working and you have to kill the process. Do you have any idea how to fix this issue? We have the problem with the 2016 & 2018 Version.

Did you try to use the 64bit version? Then you should be able to use more sessions....

We've used the 32 bit version for years without a problem but I will upgrade it to the 64 bit version. Thanks so far.

Memory consumption depends on the destination system - for W2K12 servers or higher you have more than 200MB per session - so if you do not need ICA protocol the 64bit version should be the better solution
