error on initializing the desktop

I am getting the error "error on initializing the desktop"

This started happening I think when we moved DB to a different server before Christmas, but I'm only just back in the office so am looking at the issue now.

Everyone can connect, it is only me and I am primary admin on ASG.

My connection works and I have attached a screenshot to show that, but after testing connection I go to connect and it pops up with the error.

Please can someone help me connect again.

I am currently connecting to offline version of my data

That was not latest version, I just tested on another PC that has Patch7.1 (Build 11.0.6169.1) latest on it and all good now.
