Cannot change personal credentials after update
#1
Hello,

After updating our ASG installation to the latest version, I noticed we no longer can change the personal credentials values.
It is greyed out, see attached image.

Please check the security settings - perhaps a bugfix in one of the last versions

You need the permission "Edit personal assigned credentials"

Where can I find these?
Clicked around in the application but cannot seem to find it.
This is what I see if I check the security assignments.

No on object level(in the Properties dialog) - just choose category (left side) "Permissions" and you will see the assigned object permissions...

Like these you mean?
It looks like it's correct but it is still greyed out for me.

Yes that's the permission I'm talking about

In your first picture you have select the "Administrators" group in the list on the top - Administrators have all permissions and so they should be able to edit assigned personal credentials - I guess the second screenshot is from a user who is assigned to a security group (you have 2 other security groups in your list) - please check if the permissions are set for those Security groups too?!?

Yes you were right!
We are members of either "Beheerders" (Administrators in Dutch) or "Ontwikkelaars" (Developers in Dutch)
They both didn't have that box checked.

Thank you very much!
