Multichild Edit doesn't save
#1
Cool
We have a synchronized AD structure in our ASG Remote Desktop 2018.
Now we’re facing some problems with the assigned security groups. We want to set two Groups with the MultiEdit Childs this works as planned and there is also an log entry about the change.
But if we sync the DB with “F5 / Refresh“ all of the settings are reset to the configuration before the MultiEdit Child.
We use the Version 2018 11.0.6064.1
We use a sql database.
Is that a know Problem or could you please assist us? Cool

What do you mean with "sync the db" with F5 - it's just a reload of the navigation data - but you can't refresh the permissions.

If I do the same as you described and I refresh the data (with same user as I did the changes) - everything is ok - other users first need to logout and login again before the permissions will take effect.

Sorry that I respond so late.
We're updating to the new Version(ASG-Remote Desktop 2019 Patch 2).
After the update we check it again and I will write again.
