High memory useage with ASG-RD 2019 Patch3
#1
I just patched one of our terminals from ASG-RD 2019 - Patch2 til Patch3 this morning.

I noticed the memory usage is much higher then normal for the ASGRD.exe processes (multiple users).
Normally it uses somewhere between 500 MB - 800MB depending what users are doing - today I'm seeing usage between 1000MB and 4700MB. (i checked and they are not doing anything out of the ordinary)

Any suggestions?

We noticed that if "Refresh cache" is active - and are working on a solution - can you check that for your users?

It's set to 0 on both Default Values and Personal Values...
Does this mean constantly refresh, or that refresh is disabled?

0 is off :-)

We will make some more tests regarding memory consumption...

Well to be honest I did try setting the Refresh cache yesterday morning. But it turn out being to much of a hassle for the users, since the application froze when refreshing the cache - So set it back to 0.
