Adding domain users to security group

I want to add another domain user to a security group, but for some reason I do not get the domain, I only get the users/groups from the local ASG server.

I have added domain users earlier, what could be the problem ?

If your computer isn't in a domain you will see only the local computer - then you need to add the domain in Settings=>Domains first

The server is in a domain and I already have domain users in other security groups.

Sorry, missed the post - did you try to add it to Domains? Even if you are a member of that domain?

Not sure I understand, both the server and I are member of the domain.

Yes I know - but please try to add your domain also in Settings=>Domains - and use your account - I would like to see if that works?!?
