Hi guys,
I've been having some trouble recently with intermittently connecting to some of my servers via RDP using this software. I'm on version 12.0.6279.1, which I have come to understand is "patch 3".
I haven't been able to pin down any specific pattern, but the error I'm given is "RDP protocol error (Return code: 3334)". After receiving the error I can confirm that in each case I've been able to RDP via mstsc.exe to the servers without issue, so it doesn't seem to be a problem on the endpoint.
I did a search for other posts mentioning "3334" and found these top threads:
- ASG-RemoteDesktop 2019 Generating RDP Error 4360
https://remotedesktop.rocketsoftware.com...light=3334
- RDP protocol error 3334
https://remotedesktop.rocketsoftware.com...light=3334
- RDP error 3334

Honestly the last two are for a completely different version from last year, so I'm wary of their usefulness in my situation. The first one suggests to simply install "patch 2" and use... indefinitely, I guess?
Hoping someone here could lend their insight into this, thanks!
