Hi Support,
We upgraded our SQL servers and in the process i backed up the vision app DB and moved it over to the new server. We have a citrix set up and I reconfigured the gold build that replicates out to all the other VDAs to connect to the new DB. But only my profile sees the new DB. Everyone else is still connecting to the old DB.
From looked at the help files do I have to go into everyone’s profiles (%AppData%\ASG-RemoteDesktop\%Version%\environments.config) and reconfigure to point to the new DB? or is there a similar way to do it?
