ASG 2018 License Question

Hello ASG team,

We have ASG 2018 (Ver 11.0.6169.1) with 1 year license which is expiring in 2 months time. We have a backend SQL DB for ASG and the license was applied against the DB when we installed it last year.

My question is if we do not renew the license what will happen? Will ASG 2018 stop working? We have a large volume of users across different time zones using ASG to access different servers and we need to keep adding new users and servers in ASG as we are growing as a team. If we do not renew the license will we be still able to use this software and keep adding new users and servers?

Please advise.

Hi Mohammad,

no problem - you just loose the option to use newer versions of ASG-RD with that license. Function will remain without limitations. If you want to upgrade after expiration you have to first import the new license in the "old" ASG-RD version and then upgrade all the ASG-RD instances.
