Hi,

I can say that for sure for version 2019 - you find that info also in the integrated help under the section "Miscellaneous" -> "System Requirements", but that should be no problem with 2018 as well.
Best regards,
Michael

Thank you.

SQL Server 2016 is the highest version listed in ASG2018.
However, we're upgrading to ASG2019 shortly

We are currently using ASG Remote Desktop 2015 (Patch 10) with SQL Server 2008 R2.

We need to upgrade SQL Server to 2016 – can you advise if this is compatible? I looked in the requirements and only SQL 2014 is listed as the highest version supported. Would it be OK if we use Compatibility Mode for SQL server?

I looked on your website and could not find anything – I realise we are on very old version but our license does not allow us to upgrade.

I would say just try to create a new database environment on an SQL 2016 server and see if it works in standard mode. I see no reason why not. Then you can import the ( from the old environment exported ) settings into the new database. Should work even if not officially supported for that older version :-)
