ASG 2018, only one RDP connection can be made
#1
Hi all - we recently upgraded several users from older versions to 2018(11.0.6104.1).  Several folks are experiencing an issue where they can successfully make a single RDP connection, but any additional connections give the error "An Authentication error occurred (Code: 0x8007001f)."

The only consistency seems to be that they are using Win 10, while Win 7 clients work fine.

Any idea what could be wrong?

Thanks!

Hi, do all users now run the same 2018 version ? please don't mix different ASG-RD versions - thats not really supported. Hmm.. can't remember such problems while I used the 2018 version on Windows 10..but now I'm on 2019. From which version do they upgrade and how ?
Best regards,
Michael

All users should be on the same 2018 version now.  Upgrade was from 2015, pushed via SCCM.

Are the users trying to connect to more than 1 server at once? If you try that without assigned creds this error occurs because the RDP control can't handle more than one login dialog at once...
