im having trouble adding/upgrading to a new license

I am running asg2018 v.11.0.6104.1.  i tried to add our new license to that.  no errors, the date never changes from 10/2018.
I installed ASGRD2019_Patch3_Setup, when it runs i get this error:

License not valid for current release
your existing license is not compatible with the current program version.  Your subscription period expired before the release date of this version.  The release date of this version is 5/2019 - your subscription ended on 10/2018. Do you want to import a valid license now?


I click YES, and  then i add the new license and get this error:
License not valid for current release.  you can now import a valid license to continue.

I click OK and get a prompt to add the license again.
i add it again and that's it. no more popups.  license never updates...its still 10/2018

Can you try to open your old ASGRD version and import there the license file - Menu: ?=>About...

and then try again to open the new version

No, that doesn't help.

Hi Adi,

please send me the license file by private mail - and if possible please mention the order number from the shop or just your registere email-adress from the shop.
I will check the file and do my best to help :-)
