I received this message back from support on an issue I am having changing my password in the purchase section of your website:

There is unfortunately no place in particular to post this question in the forums (that I could find). I simply need to change the password for the account that I used to purchase a license for the RDP software. When I attempt to do this, after putting in the information, and hitting reset password, the screen simply blanks out the items I have entered and leaves me at the password change screen, looking like I just entered the page. I did make sure the passwords I have entered do indeed meet the criteria. Not sure what to do at this point.
