In your screenshot I just see that "None" is selected…
Do you see Credentials in Navigation-Tree? You should always see the same result in the DropDown-ComboBox as in the Navigation tree - perhaps Permissions are activated and your user is not allowed to use any credentials?

You can only assign one credential object to access a server - so I do not really understand the problem?
You added multiple credentials in Navigation-TreeView? And if you click the dropdown these credentials are not visible? Could you see your creds after pressing F5 in the Navigation area?

Can you close the filter for the credentials? Perhaps an whitespace in the field? Never heard this issue before…

Can you post 2 screens - one with navigation visible where I can see creds - and one with the credential dropdown is opened so that I can see it is really empty? Currently there is always a white box over the important part of the screen...

Perhaps you have set the dropdown height to a very high value and the content is displayed outside the range of what we can see :-)
Check Tools=>Settings=>Layout
The first entry is normally set to 200 - Height for dropdown-Tree-Controls
Please check that - it seems that there is a number that is so big that the control is not displayed correctly - can that be the issue???
