Importing from CSV

Hi

I have setup various folders and given teams access to their relevant folders so they can add connections relevant to their team.

One team is about to add 80+ servers and wanted to import from a CSV file rather than manually adding each server, but the import option is greyed out even though they have full control over the folder they are trying to import to.

What am I missing?

Please check the security group setting - it's a global permission set in Details of each security group - Execute Export and Import
