ASG-RD 2019 - Patch5 (Build 12.0.6469.1)
#1
ASG-RD 2019 - Patch5 (12.0.6469.1) is available! Also a native 64Bit edition is available (with some functional limitations).

To use this version you need a valid subscription until 09/01/2019

If you have already installed any ASG-RD 2019 version you need to close your application and then install the new version. You don't need to uninstall your old version.

Caution - Migration of datasource necessary - for all versions older than 2019 - older clients can still connect to the upgraded database.

- Password/PIN input for 2FA increased to 100 characters
- QuickConnect - Default Connection Properties will be assigned to QuickConnect properties if no server entry is preselected from QC-history
- QuickConnect - when using multiple times the full connection properties dialog the given attributes will be used correctly

New features/enhancements

- Connection Custom Fields - read more in the help under "Working with connections=>Custom fields"
- New GeckoFx-Version 60.0.39
- New Chromium-Version 75.1.142
- New PuTTY-Version 0.72
- New KeePass-Version 2.43
- New command line option SyncId:all executes all configured syncs from the given type

The 64Bit-version of ASG-RD has the following limitations
- No ICA protocol is supported (Citrix do not plan to release a 64bit client software)
- No 'VMware=>Connect to Console' functionality - VMware is not releasing any new version of vSphere client and there is currently no 64bit client available

You can install the 64bit version side-by-side to 32bit ASG-RD and try it - but you should not use both applications at the same time to avoid data conflicts - especially when using file mode!
