[Fixed] Keyboard lags when ASG-2019 is opened

ASG RemoteDesktop 2019 version 12.0.6279.1
Windows 10 Version 1809 Build 17763.737

After a while, keyboard starts being slow - the text is written slower than I type. When I close down ASG application, it goes away, but opening ASG again, even without opening any sessions, the keyboard lagging behind me typing is immediate.

Closing ASG and using MS RDP to access systems, I don't get any lag whatsoever.

A complete reboot of the computer resolves the issue, until slowly it starts acting up again - may take hours or days (laptop sets to sleep mode)

Can you try to deactivate "Settings=>Application=>Use of extended shortcuts" - normally that should have only impact when using ASGRD as published app - but you should try...

As soon as I disable that, the lag goes away - tried enabling it, it came back - so for now this stays off.

Great - I think any other application on your system is also "listening" for keyboard input - and that can result in lagging the input...
