#1
Hi,

I can't seems to get drive redirect to work properly. I use mstsc on the same client connecting to the same remote server and it work fine. Any idea how i can get it work for ASG?

Hi,

what exactly is the problem ? Theoretically the options we provide should work exactly the same. If I use that customize option I can (de)select the local drives to be mapped into the session. That works for me as it should using the latest version of ASG-RD.
Best regards,
Michael

The drives doesn't appear in server when i use ASG but the drives appears when i connect using MSTSC. I thought they are the same settings as MSTSC and that's what i don't understand. Tried connecting to a few servers different OS and the results are the same.

i am using ASG 2019 X64. Also tried to use the elvated version but also not working.

Is there something else i can check or try?

Hi again - please check the setting in the Connection properties: RDP - Connection - Client Protocol Type: "Full Client Mode" or "small cache mode" and restart ASG-RD. Possibly that does the trick here.

manage to solve it in the end by enabling RDP role on the connection. Thanks for your help.
