Select a connection object and connect - should be in the same AD as you are logged on (else you won't get the query results) - after connected - click the connection object again and select "Refresh sessions" in context menu - then your sessions should be displayed as new child nodes of your connection - choose the "session" object in Navigation and then you will find the "Shadow session" command in context menu
