Hi,
I'm using ASG RD 2019.
When I connect to a VNC server on a Windows machine and press the Winkey, the operation is performed on the local machine and not on the server. Is there an option to send the Winkey to the VNC server (as in RealVnc "Pass special keys directly to VNC server" option)?
Regards,
Rony

Yes it is possible - but currently not implemented - I will add it to the feature list...

Hi Rony,
You also have the option to configure your VNC viewer as an external Application and then use that external App for the connection ;-)

Hi Oliver and Michael,
I've tried using it as an external application, but it is not very convenient to use it that way. It is more convenient to use the original application as is...
I hope that you'll add this feature in the near future
Thanks,
Rony

We have tested a little bit on some machines with VNC - and I think the key combination "Send Ctrl Esc" is the same as the WinKey - can you test that? You find these menu entries if you enable "Additional toolbar" in Layout-Settings - or just right click on the tab title => VNC => Send CtrlEsc
