ASG "not responding" every day

In the past couple of months, these new builds of ASG keep crashing. I have installed updates multiple times but it still crashes.
It simply says "not responding". This happens once a day or two. I use a licensed version of ASG in my work place and this problems wastes a lot of my time.
Is there a stable version I could use?

I am running ASG RD 2019 version 12.0.6342.1 on Windows 10 Enterprise 1809 build 17763.973
It is a newer Dell laptop, has Core i7 +16 GB RAM, NVMe SSD and all other apps run perfectly stable on it.

I have tried ASG on another machine also, slightly older but stable. ASG behaves the same way on it...crashes every day or two.

I just installed patch 6, lets see if that makes any difference.
In the release notes, I do not see anything obvious which may fix the crashing problem

Do you use 32 or 64bit application of ASGRD?

Which protocols do you use? Which embedded browser? On how many tabs the application crashes? Or on which action like Connect, Log off, ...

Hiya,

We too are receiving a not responding on ASG for one of our machines on the Network, doesn't seem to be a problem for the other two machines, just this one?
Tried all versions 2019-2020 Patch 4 and still takes forever loading the window, then goes to not responding after trying to login to DB....

Any error logs? In Windows Application Event Log?

Does the same user works on another machine or do you use another user on a different machine?

nothing under Event Viewer Application Logs
we all have the same environment setup with different user accounts, we wouldn't be able to test another user as they are all the same environment
